DIN 137 B waved spring washers are spring washers primarily used with round head screws, where a low locking force is required.  Curved washers also exert light thrust loads and can be used to absorb axial end play.

DIN 137 lock spring washers is a disc lock spring washer, also called spring lock shims, including Type A & Type B.  Type DIN137A curved spring lock washers are uninterrupted formed disks in a curved configuration that are non-directional allowing the screw and or nut to be tightened in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner.  Type DIN137B waved spring lock washers are uninterrupted formed disks in a waved configuration that are non-directional allowing the screw and or nut to be tightened in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner.

DIN137 Type A and B Spring Lock Washers are specialty spring lock washers, it unlike standard split helical spring lock washers, the DIN 137 spring washers are uninterrupted formed disks in either a curved or waved configuration that are non-directional allowing the screw and or nut to be tightened in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner. When compressed by tightening the nut, the DIN137 lock washers exert a spring force between the tightened bolt and the substrate creating frictional resistance to rotation.
