UNI 6111 slotted capstan screws (also called ammeter Screw, Sealing Screws, Cover Screws ) have a unique design in that head which is similar to a cheese head in shape have two holes (Type A) or one hole (Type B & C) bored through the side of the head at 90 degrees to one another serving a dual purpose:
1) the UNI 6111 capstan screw may be tightened by inserting a tee bar into the hole when it is not possible to use a screw driver to tighten the screw; 2) Locking wires can be attached to the cross holes to secure the screw.
